No brokerage in the middle, no management company to ask permission, no outside investors to answer to. And because we keep licensed trades working on our own properties year-round, that same crew is available to other owners who need a house turned around and back on the rent roll.

What the house actually earns, costs, and needs — before anyone falls in love with it. Rent comps, expense history, deferred maintenance, and what the renovation really runs.
Renovate
Systems first, then finishes. Written scope, line-item budget, licensed trades, and a timeline that treats every vacant day as a cost.
Rent
Priced to the market, listed with real photos, and leased to residents we've screened consistently. Clear terms, no surprises in month three.
Maintain
Preventive schedules and the same crew that did the renovation. Small problems get fixed while they're still small.
Where the line is
We own and rent our own properties, and we renovate properties for other owners. That is the entire business, and being clear about it protects everyone.
Starfighter Real Estate is not a brokerage, a property manager, or an investment firm.
We rent the homes we own ourselves, and we renovate for owners who hire us. Specifically, we do not:
- Represent buyers or sellers as a brokerage
- List or sell property for other owners
- Manage rental property owned by others
- Collect rent or handle leasing for other owners
- Offer investments, securities, or syndications
- Accept outside capital into the portfolio
- Provide legal, tax, or investment advice
- Appraise property or issue valuations
On licensing: renting property we own does not require a real estate license in Arizona, and Starfighter Real Estate holds title to every property it rents. Renovation work is performed under our contractor license and by licensed trades. We do not manage property for third-party owners, which is the activity that requires a broker's license.
